Italians are known for their variety of cheeses. The most common one would be mozzarella cheese which is a popular cheese that is added in pizzas but actually, they have more uses than that. There are also Fontina, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Pecorino and Ricotta cheese.
Mozzarella cheese can be used in different styles that you wouldn’t know where to start. But you don’t have to worry, learning how to use mozzarella is as easy as learning what is a pinhole camera and how it works. It is made from the milk of water buffalo and it tastes best when it is fresh.
